"We've lived here for almost 30 years. During that time every summer was the same; high high electric bills do to a heat pump that couldn't keep up once the temps got up past 85. For instance our August 2024 bill was $582 for about a 1900 sq ft home. We tried everything, to no avail. We even questioned the company that installed our system. Nothing. Fast forward to now. We've been using Honor for a little over a year. This year we had to change out the old system. I wish we could have done this a long time ago! We're on track for an August power bill of around $320! Every time we've used Honor they've been helpful, respectful (not just to the customer, but to their time), and polite. They cleaned up after they were done. In fact the office manager, Lynn, registered our new system with the manufacturer for us! We're so happy with the service that we're setting up the twice a year maintenance service for our new system with them. They have a customer for life and I can't sing their praises enough."
