"I had an AC leak that was likely caused by improper install from a different company 2 years ago. The labor warranty had expired with the original installer so I decided to ask around and Chase Thomas’ name kept coming up with rave reviews. I looked online and saw he had 100% 5 star reviews. I called him on Thursday and he was at my house within a few hours diagnosing the problem. Originally there was no open appointments for the repair until several days later, but Friday morning he let me know they had an opening and he sent a technician out to complete the repair. Connor was sent out and completed the repair within a few hours. One thing I really appreciated about both Chase and Connor was how they explain everything they are seeing and provided several options in different price points for how to fix the issues. They also did an amazing job communicating arrival times and confirming showing up early was acceptable. Overall, I will be joining the army of people who can recommend this company. One of, if not the, best experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. Unfortunately most aren’t honest, take shortcuts and try to do things the cheapest way possible. Not Chase and Honor. "Landon did a great job today and performed Evap Coil cleaning. He thoroughly brushed and used foaming cleaner. Then he replaced the Contactor Single Pole outside with a new one. Tested with no issues. And the Unit is functioning properly at this time. Refrigerant and basic electrical all looked good with no issues noticed. "We've lived here for almost 30 years. During that time every summer was the same; high high electric bills do to a heat pump that couldn't keep up once the temps got up past 85. For instance our August 2024 bill was $582 for about a 1900 sq ft home. We tried everything, to no avail. We even questioned the company that installed our system. Nothing. Fast forward to now. We've been using Honor for a little over a year. This year we had to change out the old system. I wish we could have done this a long time ago! We're on track for an August power bill of around $320! Every time we've used Honor they've been helpful, respectful (not just to the customer, but to their time), and polite. They cleaned up after they were done. In fact the office manager, Lynn, registered our new system with the manufacturer for us! We're so happy with the service that we're setting up the twice a year maintenance service for our new system with them. They have a customer for life and I can't sing their praises enough."
